Going into planning, my fiancé and I believed we didn’t need a day-of coordinator since our venue had an on-site supervisor, but that assumption couldn’t have been more wrong. Deanna stepped in and immediately elevated the entire experience, catching details we never would have thought of and handling things seamlessly behind the scenes.
Her level of organization, attention to detail, and calm presence were unmatched. She was incredibly communicative, meticulous with contract and timeline review, and solved problems before we even knew they existed. Most importantly, she made us feel heard and supported. Because of Deanna, we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy every moment of our day. We truly cannot recommend her enough and would encourage any couple to book her without hesitation.”

I couldn’t recommend her enough that I’m making a point to gas her up everywhere I can! She kept chaos out of the chaotic day and kept me grounded when I got wrapped up in the day. I didn’t want a coordinator. I thought my planning would be enough… I’m a joke. I’m so glad to have had her run the play because she held some heavy weights in the background of the day to make it all flow! Deanna was absolutely incredible from start to finish in helping with our wedding. From our very first conversation, I knew we were in the best hands. Having a wedding coordinator made all the difference with wedding planning, it is super necessary and the single most important vendor you need in the wedding process. She worked closely with us in the months leading up to the wedding and was consistently organized, thoughtful, and super communicative.
She helped me think through and remember all the little things that could have easily been overlooked. From advice on table setup and seating charts to guidance on the procession and overall flow of the day, she brought both expertise and calm to every decision. Her attention to detail and steady direction made the entire planning process feel manageable and clear.
On the actual wedding day, she handled everything with such professionalism and calm. She kept all the trains moving and every detail on track, which allowed us to truly be present. I never once felt stressed because I knew Deanna was managing everything seamlessly behind the scenes.
What stood out most was how genuinely she cared. She anticipated needs before we even realized them and made us feel completely supported and taken care of. Our day felt joyful and effortless because of her.
We truly loved working with Deanna. She is an absolute gem. We are so grateful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
